Why is there late fees on my invoice?

We raise an invoice several weeks before its due, we also send 2 reminders before its due.
 
After its due date we also send 2 overdue reminders, if the invoice reaches 14 days overdue a fee 15% minimum £5 gets added.
 
This is done as there is often extra work for us after this period, for things like un suspending services.
