Can I send emails using DKIM?

No, DKIM is not supported on our shared hosting platform. However, you can set up an SPF record for your domain name which will allow mail servers to identify emails spoofing your domain name. There are details on that in the support database article entitled "How can I add SPF records to my domain name?".
