Yes, if your Exchange server has a static (non-changing) IP address and you know what it is.
To do this you need to make a change to the MX record of your DNS settings for the domain that you want to run mail on and point it to your Exchange server. Log into your control panel and select the domain you want to change the MX record for, then select DNS Management.
