Can i register a name that is someones trade mark?

This is a difficult area, technically if the name is available you can register it.

However its not something we recommend, as nowadays its rare that a trademark holder will offer to purchase the domain, they normally just start legal threats, and then legal action.. And in most cases you would lose the domain name, and maybe get legal costs too.
